Do those gel shoe inserts really help your feet?

I got the ones by Dr. Shols or w/e that brand name is, and it’s not just for the heel, it’s for the whole foot.
It feels great and after a long day at school of going up the stairs all day my feet don’t hurt as much..plus I ice skate and skates really take a toll on my feet.
I would recommend them; my whole family wears them LOL.

yes they do I bought ones that were just for the heels when I was skateboarding and I would always get heel bruises but once I started using them I didn’t get them anymore and also they were so comfy I wore them everywhere with all my shoes.

I am not sure if gel heel cups are the exact answer, but I know of a shoe that will help relieve foot pain. I bought myself a pair of “Blossom” shoes from drew shoes. The shoes are great and help my feet a lot. check it out and I hope this helps
