I have an uneven pelvis, leg length discrepancy, and feet arch problems caused all by limping for three months. 4 Days ago I bought orthotics for about 20 dollars and have been using them on the “high” setting. When will my body start to realign with my pelvis evening out and my legs evening out?

If you’re not seeing a physio I wouldn’t be messing around with Pelvis realignments.
See a Professional first. It’s money well spent.

A lot of young blokes have a problem with the heel and arch and a number of reasons can be proffered for this. A lot of it is related to excessive physical repetitive activity at a growth stage and orthotics won’t fix this on their own.

You need to see some professionals. Also, a $20.00 pair of orthotics is a waste of money. A rolfer may be able to realign your body without anything else. A foot doctor can make custom orthotics for you. You will probably have to wear them the rest of your life.
