what are the Best shoe inserts for working on cement all day?

I work in a styrofoam plant, standing on cement for 8hrs a day. I have always had a bad back, and this job seems to just kill my back. Anyone have any suggestions on what inserts to buy before my shift tonight??

I don’t remember the name of them but they are Dr Scholls and the package will say that they are for comfort of the heels, arch and balls of your feet. These are magical and they work really well. I hope this helps. Email me if you need more information.
