i’m starting a new job in sales and i was wondering what are some good shoe inserts to use and what are not? are the dr. scholl’s gel ones really as good as good as the commercials make them sound?

I used to use dr scholls inserts (working as a waitress) and my feet still would hurt. Then I got “Walk-fit” inserts that I saw on an infomercial. I got them at Target. They are hard and give a lot of arch support and my feet never hurt at all even with no padding. They are supposed to align your body perfectly to eliminate all kinds of pain.
